OFFICIAL RULES
Four (4) Finalists will win a trip for two (2) to the Rickey Gadson Drag Racing School where the Finalists will attend two (2) days of professional performance riding classes and the potential to earn an NHRA ET (Elapsed Time) Bracket license. Upon completion of the course and after successfully qualifying for his or her NHRA ET (Elapsed Time) Bracket license, each finalist will be considered a Qualified Finalist (the “Qualified Finalist”). Each Qualified Finalist will then have the opportunity to compete in a four-person tournament (four (4) Qualified Finalists) for a chance to win one (1) of two (2) Grand Prizes available.
Each Finalist Prize consists of a travel package (“Travel Package”) for the Finalist and one (1) guest (“Guest”) who must be a legal resident of one of the United States or the District of Columbia and who is of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and at least 18 years of age or older. Travel Package includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. airport nearest the Finalist’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for two (2) people who must travel together on same itinerary. Hotel accommodations for five (5) days/four (4) nights (one room for two (2) people and at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and will be based on availability at time of booking, and ground transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport and to/from hotel to Racing School. Finalists must be able to travel to The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, and depart on Sunday, May 13, 2012, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. A $1,000 check will be provided to each Finalist for finalist and their guest’s incidental fees during traveling. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Finalist Prize Package is $4,000.
Each Finalist will attend two (2) days of professional performance riding classes and have the potential to earn an NHRA ET (Elapsed Time) Bracket license. Each Qualified Finalist will then have the opportunity to compete in a four-person bracket-style tournament (four (4) Qualified Finalists). The winner of the tournament will then have the opportunity to race against Rickey Gadson for a chance to win one (1) of two (2) Grand Prizes available. If the one (1) Finalist posts the faster time in a one-on-one race against Rickey Gadson, he/she will be considered a Grand Prize Winner. Additionally, the Qualified Finalist deemed to be the Most Valuable Hero “MVH” will be considered a Grand Prize Winner. The “MVH” will be determined by a Kawasaki appointed panel of judges. Limit: One Grand Prize Vehicle per person. Each Grand Prize consists of a 2012 Kawasaki Ninja® ZX™-14R vehicle. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the vehicle is $14,699.
