»»  Contest Period: The Contest begins on 9/26/11 and ends on 5/23/12. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by 4/9/12.
ESSAY: A contest judging panel comprised of Dr. Oz show producers will contact the Top 200 on 4/10/12 for purposes of conducting an interview with each entrant regarding the entrant’s inspiration, challenges, and goals related to Contest. The Top 200 must also complete an essay describing their inspiration, challenges, and goals related to Contest. Such interview may be taped or otherwise recorded.

»»  Essays must be sent to Sponsor in the manner requested by Sponsor and received by Sponsor by no later than 4/11/12 at 6 pm ET.
